Meet Dr. Borg

Dr. Borg aims to create a life-long commitment to the oral health of children in our community in a friendly, fun and approachable manner. She wants to build a generation valuing prevention, good oral habits, early detection and treatment of dental diseases, and to keep current on the latest advances and techniques in dentistry for children.

Dr. Borg graduated with a bachelor degree in chemistry and mathematics. She received her doctorate degree in dental surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. She completed one year of post graduate studies in public health and nutrition. Dr. Borg has been practicing dentistry in the Chico area for the last 18 years. She decided to focus her practice on treating children and young adults because she greatly loves children and enjoys watching them grow. She wanted to make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience for them. Dr. Borg is married to Dr. Randall Borg, who is a physician with a specialty in anesthesia. Together they have two boys ages 13 and 15.

Dr. Borg is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Northern California Dental Society and the Northern California Cleft Palate Panel. She is licensed in oral sedation administration and holds hospital privileges at Enloe Medical Center, Skyway Surgery Center and Chico Surgery Center.

Dr. Borg resides in Paradise with her husband, children and two miniature dachshunds. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, hiking and raising her children. She loves treating her dental patients and finds it to be a very rewarding experience. She sincerely looks forward to getting acquainted with you and your child.
